Device Sales
At MobileMobile Orlando, any device sold is considered pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Each device undergoes a thorough quality assessment to ensure it meets our standards before being offered for sale. However, please note that all devices are generally sold as-is.

Device Purchases (Trade‐Ins or Buybacks)
To sell or trade in a device with MobileMobile Orlando, customers must own the phone outright, and the device must not be locked, blacklisted, or reported as stolen.

MobileMobile Orlando reserves the right to inspect devices and may decline any buyback or trade-in due to the device’s condition or legal concerns.

Repairs

Repairs are covered by a specific warranty tailored to the unit being serviced. Warranty details will be provided during the servicing process.

All repair services at MobileMobile Orlando include a thorough diagnostic assessment to identify the issue.

Before any repair work begins, customers will receive a detailed cost estimate. Should additional costs arise, they will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding.

Pricing and Payments

All products purchased or devices that been repaired must be paid for in full before any such are given.

Warranty and Returns
Only faulty parts or faulty workmanship on the devices sold and repairs are covered by warranty. This warranty is void in the event of accidental damage, misuse, or tampering.

Devices sold may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase and the device should be in the same condition as when it was purchased.

Within 7 business days from the date of the business confirms approval for return, the eligible Returns refund will be processed.

Confidentiality Agreement
As a business, we place a lot of importance on confidentiality and personal information is handled with care in accordance with the law. It is also agreed that the data provided during the repair or transaction will only be used to finalise the requested service.

Exclusion of Liability
MobileMobile Orlando will not be responsible for any indirect and/or damage of any kind that may be incidental or consequential in the making and use of some of our services.

In respect of one or more claims related to the purchase or repairs of devices sold by us and paid for our only obligation shall be limited to such amount as may be paid for the product and service.

Activities that are not allowed
Customers are not allowed to commit fraud of any kind, for example, selling stolen devices.

Devices that bear illegal content or visuals of obscene nature will be handed over to the relevant authorities.

Changes in Terms and Conditions
MobileMobile Orlando may change these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any such changes will take effect when posted on our website or within our application or when otherwise communicated to you.

Jurisdictions
These Terms and conditions are governed by the state of Florida. The courts in Orlando shall have sole jurisdiction in the determination of any disputes portions.
